Cancellation Policy

Before Processing

Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before they have been packed and dispatched. Simply email us with your reference number.

After Processing

Once an order has been packed or handed to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead refuse delivery or initiate a return under our return policy.

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated refusal to accept delivery without prior cancellation may lead to restrictions on future COD orders from the same address.

Customer Responsibility

• Provide an accurate shipping address and contact email when placing your order.
• Respond promptly to verification emails from our team.
• Inform us of cancellations at the earliest to help us avoid unnecessary logistics.
