Every order is hand-checked at our Surat studio before it ships. Here's what to expect after you place an order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours of confirmation. Our team will contact you on the email provided to confirm details before dispatch.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders sooner than remote pin codes.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently the only available payment option. Please keep the exact order amount ready for our delivery partner at the time of handover.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will inform you within 24 hours and your order will be cancelled at no cost.
Shipping Delays
- Weather, public holidays or regional restrictions may occasionally extend delivery timelines.
- For festive or high-demand periods, please allow up to 2 additional working days.
Order Tracking
You will receive a unique reference number (for example, JHT-2026-XXXXXX) upon order placement. Quote this number in any communication with our team to check the status of your order.
