Return & Refund Policy
We want every piece to feel right. If something isn't as expected, here's how we'll make it right.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order reference number. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Wrong Product
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange a pickup and dispatch the correct item at no extra cost.
Return Procedure
- Email jayhanumaantextile@gmail.com with your reference number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through pickup or self-shipment based on your location.
- Returned items are inspected within 3 working days of receipt.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Since all orders are COD, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer to the account you provide.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Innerwear, accessories and items marked "Final Sale".
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Returns requested after the 7-day window has closed.
